清道门医典，托吕真人（吕洞宾）层层注解，以“脉理—症候—药法”三阶贯通丹道宇宙论与临床。开篇“鸿蒙未判，一气混元；太极初分，五行列位”，人身百脉符天地晷度山河；以北坎命根、南离神室、五黄脾土、金钟肺、藏魂宫肝等丹道术语释脉象。强调内景和谐则诸灾不作，本真（元精元气元神）耗散则百病生；斥时手食古不化。是“道医合一”文本：诊脉即察坎离水火交济，治未病与性命双修同构。

By reconciling clinical diagnosis with cosmological physiology, it argues that treating branches without restoring origin multiplies chronicity.
