託名長生陰真人注，晚唐北宋內丹心法。綱領「授道先授心」：心真道不二、心偽道不真；反對外丹黃白、休糧服氣、導引存思等「道之空門」。主張混沌四氣至藥（曾青為使、白液金花、鉛汞龍虎），三丹歸命、九轉玄門；三一規矩配十二時、九宮八卦。術語：白雪堅冰、酉二八、黃芽、還丹赫然。真師付賢不付愚，口訣不載書。
