Pháp quyết kết hợp tư tưởng (tồn tư), ấn quyết và luyện khí. Dạy dùng tâm ấn–thủ ấn phối hợp hô hấp để tụ khí, hộ thân, và hành pháp. Nằm cuối dải phương pháp Động Thần, mang tính thực hành mật truyền.
