Quyết pháp Thượng Thanh trích từ Cửu đan thượng hóa thai tinh trung ký: thân có thập nhị kết (thượng–trung–hạ mỗi bộ tứ kết). Theo bản mệnh nhật tồn thần, bái Nguyên Phụ Huyền Mẫu, đeo phù giải kết, luyện thai thành tiên.

早期上清派經典，約出南北朝，一卷，入《正統道藏》洞玄部玉訣類。摘錄改編自《上清九丹上化胎精中記經》：言人從胞胎結節而生，上中下三部各有結（胞中部四結等，合十二結節），障礙通神成仙；須存思元父、玄母、九天王及身中八景二十四神，佩符開解十二結節，方可鍊胎返真。屬上清存神佩符、解胞結之行事訣，與胎息、解結、保胎護命思想相通，為中古上清身神醫學與成仙術之實操文本。

Birth leaves ‘knots’ (結) in the fetal essence record (胎精記) that bind later fortune and health; Shangqing practice can ritually untie them. The text proves that many adult destiny knots are prenatal administrative seals, not only post-birth karma, and they require specific 解結 procedures.
1) When problems feel ‘from the start of life’ and resist ordinary 大运 explanation, investigate birth story + 胎元. 2) Combine 解結 rites/meditation with therapeutic work on birth family bonds. 3) Be cautious with aggressive ‘opening’ methods that shock a fragile 日主—untie gradually. 4) Map repeating childhood-theme luck cycles as re-activated knots; schedule 解結 before those months. 5) Validate by new freedom in previously immovable life areas (speech, fertility, home leaving).
More prenatal and knot-technical than general 拔罪 or adult 謝罪. Shares fetal concern with 六甲保胎 but focuses on untying after birth rather than protecting gestation. Distinct from 定觀: here there is active 行事, not only stillness.
