早期上清经书，约出南北朝。原为《上清太一帝君太丹隐书洞真玄经》之一部分，后分出单行一卷，收入《正统道藏》洞真部神符类。经言太一五神奉五符五籍，上请帝君混合之道，以求长生神仙。五神内宝符即太一帝君混化合景之道；可于本命日书五符，共盛锦囊中佩带，长生不死。核心为「定录除死籍」：尊君把兆五符五籍，吐徊风之炁混合日月，落死籍而著生名。属上清太一混合、五籍仙名系统。

It proves that the five registers and their talismans (五籍符) are the operational credentials by which the adept's body-gods and destiny files are ordered, protected, and promoted in Shangqing administration. Without registers, practice lacks legal standing in the unseen hierarchy; with them, scattered powers are unified under one dossier.
