Kinh Thượng Thanh sớm, còn gọi đủ là Thượng Thanh Thái Thượng Đế Quân Cửu Chân Trung Kinh. Cốt tủy là tồn tư Cửu Chân–Ngũ Thần trấn cửu cung–ngũ tạng, bát đạo bí ngôn và các pháp bôn nhật nguyệt (Uất Nghi–Kết Lân), kèm phương luyện đan–dược. Mục tiêu: hợp chân khí, trường sinh và phi thăng Thượng Thanh.

东晋南朝上清派核心经之一，又称《上清太上帝君九真中经》。《真诰》称「道有九真中经，老君之秘言」。核心为「存思九真五神」：太一五神化生九位真君，镇守九宫五脏；上卷含九真中经内诀、九真宝符、中央黄老君八道秘言章、太素上清致帝君五神气法。八道秘言于八节之日入室存思礼拜三元君、八帝君。下卷有郁仪奔日、结璘奔月（高奔日月），存思日中五帝、月中五夫人，五年可飞奔日月；另有绛生神丹、内视覆校内精、检敛五神、明镜鉴二十四神等诀。术语：九真、五神、八道、郁仪、结璘、握固、内视。

The scripture proves that nine true (九真) deities dwell in graded body centers and can be visited through sequential meditation; immortality is progressive interior ascent matching Shangqing heavenly ranks. Mapping gods onto anatomy makes the body a ladder of heavens.
1) Correlate nine stations loosely with BaZi structure (year to hour as outer to inner ranks). 2) Practice one center per lunar month; do not leap ranks. 3) Strong 官杀 charts: emphasize disciplined sequence and ritual purity. 4) Weak 印 charts: lengthen time on each station before advancing. 5) Record dreams/omens after each station as feedback of 真 presence.
More systematically multi-deity and ranked than 黄庭's organ poetry; less dual-cultivation than later sexual neidan. It is classic Shangqing: visionary hierarchy first, chemical metaphor second.
