Chương I «Tổng tắc»: Điều 1 Giáo nguyên = đạo thống vũ trụ đại đạo; Điều 2 Giáo chỉ gắn với mục tiêu cứu kiếp, hòa bình, thiên nhân hợp nhất. Xác định 《新境界》 là giáo nghĩa; quy định thần vị, sứ mệnh nhị đại (hóa giải kiếp vận hạt nhân / cầu hòa bình thế giới), cơ cấu giáo đoàn, tu trì đồng phấn. «Đạo thống diễn lưu» được đưa vào như sử cứu độ từ Đệ nhất đại Thượng Đế lập giáo.
