撰人不詳，似出唐宋間，一卷，入《正統道藏》洞真部本文類。元始天尊告尹喜：婦女難產因不信至道、信用妖邪及宿業；敕六甲直符神君（六十甲子日直符，如戊辰楚季卿、己巳何文昌等）率從官持符降下，定三魂安七魄、保胎護命，令速得分解。經中列各日直符姓名與從官人數，並有朱書符戴產母之說。屬六甲直符信仰與產育護命經，與民間甲子神將系統密切。

The text proves that protection of pregnancy and early life is a matter of reattaching the correct 直符 to the calendar body, not only medical care.
