撰人不詳，約南北朝末或隋唐之際，三卷，入《正統道藏》洞真部本文類。太玄女青傳述元始／玉帝法旨，演說《三元品誡》：上元天官賜福、中元地官赦罪、下元水官解厄；列三元官曹與罪福考校，勸持經拔罪、超度六親。部分內容與《太上洞玄靈寶三元品戒功德輕重經》等靈寶三元系相關。屬三官信仰與品誡拔罪傳統，體現中古道教罪福簿錄與三元齋思想。

Sin is graded by the Three Primes (三元) and recorded under 女青’s code; blanket repentance fails if the offense class is wrong. The text proves that liberation (拔罪) requires matching confession and precept repair to the correct 品誡 tier, so the ledger entry can be cancelled rather than merely regretted.
1) Sort client problems into heaven-tier (oaths, deception of gods), earth-tier (filial/land/community), water-tier (hidden, sexual, unclean deaths). 2) Design remedies per tier; do not use one generic ‘bad luck’ ritual for all. 3) In BaZi, map chronic 官非/疾病 to open ledgers—especially when 桃花, 驿马, or 七杀 years keep repeating themes. 4) Combine precept repair (stop the act) with formal 拔罪 recitation timing on 三元 festival days when possible. 5) Expect multi-stage clearance: upper, middle, lower—not one-shot absolution.
More juridical and classificatory than 靈寶朝天謝罪大懺’s sweeping liturgical remorse. Less martial than 天蓬消災 curses. Its identity is the 女青 code: lawbook logic of sin, not only emotional contrition or protective force.
