撰人及時代不詳，一卷，入《正統道藏》洞玄部本文類。經文極短（二百餘字）：靈寶天尊在禪黎國土與大道真仙萬萬億千人集會，約敕神靈——世間善男女若有年災月厄，持誦此經，可解陽九百六之災、三衰九橫、八難五苦，所求如願、出入常蒙吉慶。屬靈寶系簡短禳災度厄經咒，便於日常持誦，與民間「改運解厄」信仰契合，常與北斗解厄、救苦諸經並用。

靈寶天尊 teaches that disaster and life-crisis (厄) are navigable crossings: one does not only cancel them but ferries through them with scriptural power and right orientation. The text proves that 度厄 is a passage skill—timing, refuge in Dao, and ritual—rather than denial that crises exist.
1) Identify 厄 years in BaZi (刑冲破害 clusters, 大运 墓, health-wealth simultaneous risk). 2) Plan ‘ferry protocols’: simplify life, increase refuge practices, reduce new risks during the gate. 3) Use 禳災 to lower amplitude; use 度厄 mindset to complete necessary transformations the crisis demands. 4) After crossing, integrate lessons so the next 厄 is not a repeat loop. 5) Advise clients against grand launches exactly on peak 厄 months unless unavoidable—and then with full protection.
More transit-oriented than pure 消災 martial expulsion or pure 謝罪 guilt clearance. Shorter and more general than long 大懺 liturgies. Its logic is ferrying: crisis as passage under 天尊, not only courtroom or battlefield.
