灵宝系论胞胎受生与解结度亡之经教脉络（与业报因缘、本行宿缘等互证）。人在胞胎，三元养育、九炁布化，一月为胞、二月为胎，始忆宿命、既生顿忘。修真须断割胞元、解胞胎四结，使七祖反胎、自身绝爱昇仙。强调本愿、斋戒与三宝供养决定来生胎质。术语：胞胎、三元九炁、胞元、解结、反胎、宿缘。

The scripture proves that advanced attainment recreates the embryonic state: by returning breath, spirit, and intention to the ‘womb’ of the body-cosmos, the adept restarts generation from the undivided, escaping the exhaustion of postnatal qi. Embryonic breathing is not metaphor alone but the causal reset of life-process.
1) For BaZi charts with severe rootlessness or exhausted resource, prioritize soft embryonic breathing over intense cathartic practices. 2) Practice after midnight or in quiet hours when postnatal stimulation is low. 3) Couple with moral quietude—anger and lust are anti-embryonic. 4) Use seasonal ‘storage’ months to deepen, not to push extremes. 5) Track pulse, sleep, and emotional reactivity as indicators of true return vs repression.
Compared with general qi-absorption methods, Baotai Jing specifies the fetal model as the gold standard of breath. It differs from sexual-alchemy dual cultivation by being primarily solitary-interior, and from waidan by locating the womb of rebirth in the practitioner’s own psychosomatic field.
