The song-commentary proves that Qingjing realization must be both explained and sung into the heart: each prose gloss is sealed by a gatha so the adept does not cling to ‘empty’ as a new object nor to ‘still’ as dead quiet. The form argues for middle-path mind training—neither grasping form nor grasping emptiness—through rhythmic interiorization.
1) Memorize one gatha per major Qingjing sentence; use under emotional trigger. 2) In chart counseling, pause and silently run a clear-still verse before speaking remedy. 3) Alternate study day (prose) and embodiment day (song/breath). 4) Check clinging: if proud of ‘emptiness,’ apply the gatha that negates empty-clinging. 5) Pair with sleep and breath regularity so song rides on settled qi.
Differs from Du Guangting’s continuous prose by pedagogical verse sealing and often more Quanzhen-flavored interior alchemy. Differs from Wang’s Yinfu 夹颂 by targeting pure mind-clarity rather than cosmic theft strategy; more portable for daily mental first-aid than long Lingbao liturgies.
