本經屬北斗本命延生系，以太上老君宣說斗姆為中心：斗姆尊號「九靈太妙白玉龜臺夜光金精祖母元君」「中天梵炁斗母元君」，化現九章生神，應現九皇道體（天皇、紫微與貪狼至破軍七元）。核心法門為「九還七返大丹」與「太玄三一」：持經頓悟玄關、靈光現前，三十九節自然生榮；內景無漏六根、外景不淪萬有，湛然清靜。術語重點：騫樹、白玉龜臺、九曲華池、金蓮九苞、天罡祕字、魁魒等斗神隱名。功用在燮理五行、升降二炁、解滯去窒、安全胎育、鍊度鬼神，為本命延生與斗姆法的心經級文本。

This scripture proves that lifespan and natal fortune are not sealed solely by the birth chart but remain reversible through alignment with Dou Mu, the generative mother of the Dipper stars that administrate destinies. Recitation and mind-seal of the Heart Sutra form operate as a vertical appeal that rewrites the Dipper’s ledger for one’s benming.
