标准经名《太上九天延祥涤厄四圣妙经》，宋元，一卷，洞真部。元始天尊在始青天玉都灵台放五色光明，为西方白帝七炁天君说众生苦难因缘：有身即有累、有累即有业、有业即有报；贫穷下贱宿业相成，富贵荣华前生所积。针对疾病困笃、邪鬼来侵、妖魔作害，开示北极「四圣」密念法门：天蓬、天猷、翊圣、真武（佑圣）——「天蓬天猷除凶恶，翊圣真武赐吉祥」。四圣为紫微座下伏魔将帅，朱书四圣灵符贴舍内四隅，四天帝王、四圣元帅来下扶护。经中兼演因果与雷霆伏魔，是民间驱邪安宅、延祥涤厄最常用的四圣经之一。
