撰人不詳，似出唐宋，一卷，入《正統道藏》洞真部本文類。元始天尊在洞陽天中告真人：閻浮眾生修造宅舍後頻遭厄難，因驚動九壘土皇、龍神及天煞地煞太歲諸煞；大地本由土皇君所掌，動土觸犯則宅不安。經說安鎮九壘龍神之法，持誦可使龍神安鎮、宅舍清寧。屬安宅謝土經典，與《太上濟度章赦》之「謝土安宅章」及民間動土安龍傳統相呼應，為道教地祇／龍神信仰實用經。
