Taiping Guangji proves by encyclopedic scale that typology is power: when thousands of strange cases are sorted into categories (immortals, dragons, regenerations, dreams…), chaos becomes a searchable map of causal genres. The argument is taxonomic: destiny problems are misclassified problems; correct genre yields correct remedy.
