东晋上清要典，《真诰》称“道有玉精真诀三九素语”，《上清大洞真经目》著录。三九=理九孔、通三宫；素语=帝君素咒。凡受上清道德而不先释五藏、开理幽关，则“万气不固，真灵不欣”。本命日及修行时，烧香入室，冥目阴咒三篇：太帝君素语（东向，苍元浩灵，九炁还肝，闭息九咽九）；天帝君素语（南向，赤庭绛宫，三炁归心，闭三咽三）；南极上元君素语（西向，素元洞虚，七炁守肺，闭七咽七）。百日炁畅神欢，九年乘云飞行。核心：以方位—脏腑—闭息咽液定数，通九孔三宫，使玉精内映、名书太清。属上清“咒→炁→神”技术链，与八素、大洞相辅。
