唐末五代杜光庭（號廣成先生）表奏青詞集，原百卷，道藏存十七卷，入洞玄部表奏類。收代帝王、藩鎮、宮觀所撰修觀表、賀表、謝表、齋醮詞、羅天大醮詞等。思想：內則修身鍊氣、外則濟度鎮國，調和儒道；青詞為「以文通真」之典範，體現晚唐五代國家齋醮制度、羅天大醮早期形態及杜氏科儀集大成地位。
