Thuật ngữ cốt lõi: sinh số–thành số, vượng tướng tử tù, tỷ hòa, chế hóa, nạp âm, hành thần. Là “khung xương” lý luận cho mọi thuật số sau này (kể cả Bát Tự–phong thủy–y).

Xiao Ji’s treatise proves that Five-Phase theory is a complete inferential system: numbers, stems, branches, tones, organs, and politics can be deduced from phase relations if definitions and generative/control orders are held consistent. The argument is systematic correlative rationality.

Unlike narrative 志怪 proofs, 五行大义 is axiomatic and encyclopedic. It differs from 淮南’s literary cosmology by being more scholastic and table-driven; it is the technical spine that later BaZi arithmetic assumes.
