刘一明以八十一则日常物理悟丹道：天高地厚→效天法地；月借日光→借他家真阳（先天虚无真一之气，非女色）；安炉立鼎→志念坚固为鼎、随时觉察为炉；黑铅水银→以道心制人心；桔槔、橐籥→虚实体用；饵子筌罾→以术延命、得鱼忘筌。反复强调：道在目前，远取诸物近取诸身；性命须双修，有为除弊后归无为；假物如沙石、真种如金玉，须渐修拨假见真。

The record proves that awakening is an incremental, testable sequence of recognitions rather than a single mystical rupture: each error corrected becomes a premise for the next insight. By narrating wrong turns and corrections, it shows that Dao-learning obeys experiential logic—verification in the person—not mere doctrinal assent. The Path is real because it can be walked, failed, and re-walked with cumulative clarity.
1. Keep a cultivation/BaZi journal: hypothesis (chart claim) → practice → result → revision. 2. Sequence client work: first stop leaks, then build stillness, then timing, never reverse. 3. Treat “failed luck remedies” as data, not shame—adjust the causal model. 4. For strong Learning/Seal charts, warn against book-hoarding without verification. 5. Define stage gates (sleep quality, emotional recovery, less compulsive speech) as empirical signs of progress.
Unlike 七破论’s external polemic, 悟道录 breaks errors from inside autobiography. It is less cosmological than 周易阐真 and more pedagogical-experiential. Its unique logic is dialectical self-correction as the form of proof.
