Long My Tử soạn. Kim dịch hoàn đan: lấy thủy ngân (thủy) luyện thành kim dịch, hoàn về đan điền, chứng thánh thai. Đồ ấn chứng từng bước: lập lô, thủ dược, giã luyện, ôn dưỡng, kết đan, thoát thai. Nói rõ: dược không ngoài thân, lô không ngoài thân; tâm là thổ, thận là thủy, tâm hỏa giáng, thận thủy thăng, thì thủy hỏa đã tế. “Ấn chứng” nghĩa là mỗi giai đoạn có chứng nghiệm trong thân (khí động, quang hiện, đan kết), không phải nói suông. Ý: hoàn đan là trả khí đã tán về chỗ nguyên; kim dịch là khí chân dương đã luyện thành. Không tham dục, không dùng tà thuật; theo đồ chứng từng bước, thì hình thần đều diệu. Đây là sách đồ giải then chốt của phái nội đan Nam Tống, dùng hình để chứng lý, dùng chứng để ấn tâm.
