Dùng bản khoảng năm trăm chữ, chia ba chương; trước dẫn tiền nhân, sau phụ kiến riêng, chủ nội đan. Có tự năm Chính Đại Kỷ Sửu (1229), phản ánh dòng chú toàn chân–nội đan.
Ứng dụng: Đọc Âm Phù theo nội đan Tống–Kim.
This Song prose note proves that Yinfu’s three chapters (Dao–Fa–Shu) are a nested hierarchy: first unify with the one (抱一), then enrich the ‘state’ of the body-politic, then apply tactical victory—so technique without prior Dao is self-defeating. The logic forbids skipping levels: military or life tactics must hang from law, and law from the one Dao.
1) Sequence BaZi work: first stabilize day-master (Dao), then resource flow (Fa), then competitive moves (Shu). 2) Reject ‘winning’ luck strategies that wreck health/foundation. 3) In cultivation, forbid advanced sexual/war metaphors until breath-mind is unified. 4) For career years high in killings, check whether 抱一 foundation exists before engaging. 5) After each victory cycle, return to stillness to prevent wood-fire self-burn.
Differs from flat single-principle notes by stressing chapter hierarchy as ethical-technical law. Differs from Sanhuang Yujue’s mythic secrecy by remaining scholastic-expository; differs from Zhu Xi–style Confucianizing by still treating Daoist body-state isomorphism seriously.
