Huyền Toàn Tử tập ba quyển (Đạo tạng Chính nhất bộ). Tuyển ca–quyết chư chân về nội đan: *Thuần Dương kim dịch hoàn đan ca*, khẩu quyết hỏa hậu, tắm gội, xuất thần. Cương lĩnh: «tính chi căn, mệnh chi đế, đồng xuất dị danh»; âm dương hỗn làm thủy hỏa tinh; «đáo thử thì, tắc phi thăng biến hóa chân tiên hỹ, do hữu ma chướng» — nhấn ngồi quên, phòng ma khi nhập thất. Là «tập yếu» thực chiến: dược–lô–hỏa–thai–thoát.

Collecting the essentials of many perfected ones’ inner alchemy proves that neidan is a family of intertranslatable methods with a shared success condition (elixir formation / return of yang), not a single monopoly recipe. The anthology argues for comparative essentials: strip each school to its must-do core and the cores converge.
1. For each method you study, write its 5 essentials; compare across methods for intersection. 2. Keep one primary method for 100 days; use anthology only to clarify essentials, not to mix randomly. 3. Map BaZi weak points (e.g., weak metal/water) onto which essential needs extra care (condensation vs firing). 4. Drop ornamental steps that no perfected source treats as essential. 5. Re-enter the collection when plateaued—to find a missing essential, not a novelty high.
More method-complete than *群仙要語纂集*; more plural than *金丹直指*. It differs from Shangqing palace scriptures by staying in the neidan success grammar (elixir) rather than visionary ascent courts.
