《道藏辑要》等所收《心印经》八祖合注本，汇多位祖师（终南/北宗系统相关）对逐句之合註。以“心印”为以心印心、圣圣相承之旨；释“上药”非金石草木而为身中三宝；释“恍惚杳冥”为似有非有、似无非无之真机；释“回风混合”“履践天光”“出玄入牝”“圣日圣月”等为丹道术语链。合註体例便于比较诸祖异同，是清代道门功课经的标准义疏之一。

The eight-patriarch combined commentary proves that one short scripture can sustain multiple legitimate depths—ethical, breath-energetic, and complete neidan—without mutual cancellation. Convergence among patriarchs is itself evidence that the Heart Seal is a stable core structure. The logic is consensual multi-layer reading: unity of gist under diversity of entry points.
1) Assess which layer a student can actually practice now (ethics vs. breath vs. deep stillness). 2) Sequence layers rather than mixing advanced maps early. 3) Use BaZi temperament to choose entry (fire types: quiet spirit first; water types: gentle activation, etc.). 4) Cross-check progress against more than one patriarch’s criteria. 5) Hold the core triad as non-negotiable while methods vary.
Differs from a single 真解 by institutionalizing plurality as strength. Differs from 终南八祖说… which frames teaching as oral patriarchal saying; 合註 emphasizes written synthesis of multiple authorities on one text.
